However, it particularly aims to discuss policy and practice regarding teacher recruitment and retention. The discussion forum offers opportunity to engage in debate on a wide range of topics associated with teaching and education.Topics include approaches to teacher training; black and ethnic minorities within the teaching profession and those wishing to join it; anti-racist / inclusive practices; debates on relevant reports and policies; critiques and criticisms of these approaches and related research.
