You need to know that:
You can choose between graduate, postgraduate
and work based training routes
Full-time, part-time and flexible study methods are available
The bulk of the course applications are dealt with by central
clearing houses, although a few institutions request direct applications
Work-based training applications need to be sent to recommending
bodies (RB's) and desognated recommended bodies (DRB's)
Fast Track teaching applications should be sent direct to

There
are 130 providers of initial teacher training (ITT) across England
and Wales, including the many schools offering School-Centred
ITT. There are also about 90 Designated Recommending Bodies (DRBs)
which offer employment-based training. So which is right for you?
